Mont Veyrier (1291 m), which dominates the town of the same name on the shores of Lake Annecy, is a belvedere offering a unique view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. It is one of the rare hikes with a departure at the edge of the lake.

At the start of the lake join the crests of the
Mont Veyrier for a sublime view!

The hike can also take place over half a day, focusing on the ridge trail.

Carpooling is possible from Annecy for people who are not transported (limit of 4 places).

Walking times are calculated from an average speed defined in the hiking difficulty levels sheet. These are indicative times that do not include breaks. The itinerary may be slightly modified for security reasons (weather, level of participants) or for organisational reasons.

The price includes
Supervision by a certified hiking guide.
Group of 12 people maximum per supervisor for an optimal security and user-friendliness.
These are per participant rates which are only valid for a group consisting of 5 people minimum.
The price does not include
Transportation until the start of the hike, picnic, drinks, any lifts.
Anything that is not listed in the "price includes" section.
Schedule and meeting place
Departure point indicated in the route description.
The meeting time will be confirmed the day before by the mountain guide in charge of the outing.
Required level
Good walker:
Hike of sustained difficulty. 800 to 1000m of altitude difference, and 6 to 8 hours of walking on average per day. Trekking on varied mountain terrain that can present technical difficulties (equipped and secured passages, short portions of ladders) or passages exposed to vacuum. It can take place off the trails and on difficult terrain such as gravel. Good mountain hiking experience is required. You have to be physically trained.
Participant’s personal equipment
High hiking boots, warm and weather-resistant clothing (down jacket, windproof and waterproof jacket), backpack for picnics or snacks, water, sunscreen, cap ...

For safety reasons, people who do not have the right equipment on the day of the trip may be refused by the mountain guide.
