The Semnoz mountain pastures (1702m)

The Semnoz mountain with its highest point at 1702 m (Crêt de Chatillon) is the Anneciens mountain. The mountain pastures at its summit allow you to enjoy a 360° panorama while taking a walk accessible to everyone. We can stop at the farm to discover the terroir of Les Bauges.

Half day Family - Beginners walkers

The stop at the farm will be an opportunity to discover the terroir of Les Bauges while
enjoying a magnificent landscape!

From 6 years old.

The hike can be organised on another day of the week for groups of at least 5 people.

Program given as an indication, modifiable according to the weather conditions and the level of the participants. The time indicated corresponds to the average actual running time.

Good to know about the adventure
The Semnoz mountain pastures (1702m)

The price includes
Supervision by a certified hiking guide.
Group of 12 people maximum per supervisor for an optimal security and user-friendliness.
These are per participant rates which are only valid for a group consisting of 5 people minimum.
The price does not include
Transportation until the start of the hike, picnic, drinks, any lifts.
Anything that is not listed in the "price includes" section.
Schedule and meeting place
We'll carpool from Annecy.
The meeting point is indicated in the route description.
The meeting time will be confirmed the day before by the mountain guide in charge of the outing.
Required level
Beginner walker:
Accessible to everyone from 6 years old. A maximum of 400m of ascent for 2 to 4 hours of hiking on wide and well-maintained trails with little uphill slopes. No previous experience necessary.
Participant’s personal equipment
High hiking boots, warm and weather-resistant clothing (down jacket, windproof and waterproof jacket), backpack for picnics or snacks, water, sunscreen, cap ...
For safety reasons, people who do not have the right equipment on the day of the trip may be refused by the mountain guide.
