Mini Trek - From parmelan to Glières

We propose you a trek of three days in a wild and preserved atmosphere on the plateau des Glières and Parmelan. The first day we will start the climb of the head of Parmelan. We will spend part of the day on the lapiaz, limestone formations typical of the plateau, which will plunge us into a very special lunar atmosphere. We will spend the night perched on the top of the mountain with a 360 ° view. The next day we will go down towards the Plateau des Glières. The ground will be more and more gentle when approaching the big peat bogs. We will stop in an old alpine farm where we will taste, cheese, Savoyard specialties and the famous potato donuts from the plateau. On the third day, the adventure will continue towards the dairy field to climb up the mountain of Sous-Dine (2000m). With a little luck, we will meet the herd of ibex often present at this place. The return will be by the dizzying Pas du Roc and its waterfall.
