Highlights of the trip

- A fondue shared in front of a campfire.
Day 1 : Climb to the bivouac site
D+220m 1h30 to 2h walk
After the departure briefing, we start our ascent towards our bivouac place. We will evolve between forest and mountain pastures off the trail, in a virgin and preserved environment. Then, the view opens up on the surrounding mountains. It is time to find the ideal place to set up our bivouac. In the afternoon, we set up our tent in the snow, look for wood, make a fire, enjoy the evening colors while making an aperitif, share a good meal and enjoy the show that nature offers us.
Night in a tent under the stars.
Day 2 : Return
D-220m 1h30 to 2h walk
After a good night in your cold sleeping bags, you will be the first to watch the sun rise over Mont Blanc! What a privilege! After breakfast, you will have to set up camp in order to get back to the start of the day before with a head full of beautiful memories.
Level required for this outing: Intermediate (See the article on snowshoe levels for self-assessment)
