Meet at the Col de la Croix Fry for a briefing and to meet your mountain guide.
We’ll head to the heights of the Col de la Croix Fry to reach our activity site. Organized into small groups (3 or 4 depending on the number of participants), you’ll learn how to build different types of shelters (Jura-style shelter, Norwegian shelter, snowdrift shelter, trench shelter). Once construction is complete, we’ll compare the pros and cons of each technique.
Level required for this outing: Beginner (See the article on snowshoe levels for self-assessment)
