My first ski tour in the Beaufortain

My first ski tour in the Beaufortain

Your mountain guide offers you a unique mountain experience in winter and spring. Scheduled around the Refuge du Nant du Beurre, in the heart of the preserved Beaufortain massif, this itinerary is ideal to push the ski touring experience a little further with a night spent in a mountain refuge. The sector allows for a variety of itineraries to remain accessible to those who wish to discover the activity and/or improve their ski touring skills.

The starting point of your stay will be in the Annecy area to reach Grand Naves above Albertville Moutier. The first day will be dedicated to the ascent to the refuge, with the discovery of the use of avalanche safety equipment, if necessary, and a workshop dedicated to avalanche victim search techniques.

The evening will be a convivial moment shared in a unique atmosphere around mountain dishes. This is an opportunity to prepare the organisation of the following day but also, and above all, to recharge the batteries after this first day on skis.

The adventure continues in the mountains on the second day and this is an opportunity to learn the right moves and to perfect your ski touring technique. The Crêt du Rey or the Pointe de la Combe bénite, the options are numerous and offer the privilege of choice to carry out an outing between 1000m and 1200m of positive difference in altitude to finish your stay in beauty far from the ski lifts!
