The goal of these three days is to help children discover nature through various activities. They will learn how to build a shelter using materials they find in the forest and how to start a fire without matches or a lighter. The children will also be challenged to navigate the mountains and learn how to read a hiking map. During these hikes, we’ll discuss the wildlife found in our region, as well as the plants our ancestors used for medicinal purposes.
