The price includes
Supervision by a state-certified caving guide.

A full set of caving equipment, compliant with current standards and thoroughly cleaned after every outing.

Helmet with headlamp, caving suit, gloves, knee pads, neoprene wetsuit and socks, caving harness and all the necessary rope-access equipment, plus a rucksack and waterproof container for carrying food and personal belongings
The price doesn't include
Transport to the training venue.

Food and drink.

Technical footwear and clothing.

Required level
Ages 12 and over.

A good level of fitness is essential for this adventure. This is a physically demanding water-based activity involving several rope sections with no way back up.
Equipment to bring
Long-sleeved top and long trousers to wear under your wetsuit. Footwear: lugged trainers or hiking boots. Fleece or a light down jacket. Food: a sandwich and a few cereal bars or dried fruit. 1 litre of water. A change of clothes and shoes for after the trip.
