There are various possibilities for departing from Mont Blanc by ski touring.
The most classic departure is from the Plan de l'Aiguille. The first day's itinerary includes a traverse on the Bossons glacier and then a climb to the Grands Mulets refuge.
On the second day, after a cool start, you will have to climb to the Vallot hut via the small and large plateau. The end of the ascent is via the famous Arête des Bosses. The descent is done by the small north face, depending on the conditions.
The Mont-Blanc ski touring is a great adventure that can be done mainly at the end of the season (best period from March 15th to June 15th), especially from the Plan de l'Aiguille to the Grands-Mulets refuge. With not far from 2200m of positive altitude difference to achieve in the day on the second day!
